  Our cable and internet is always down. Good luck getting repair if you have a real career.

  They couldn't get my internet fixed. One employee will blame another who blames another. They had NO reason to treat my wife like garbage both on the phone and in our home.
  They broke their contract with us because.. get this: they admitted our system was hacked. So instead of fixing it like any normal company, they changed our login and password. Didn't give us that info. Then they broke their contract with us and threatened us. Now we got sent a bill for time passed the broken contract. Plus they knew our service wasn't working anyways for months! Was supposed to run a new line last summer but that was all lies too. Reported to BBB, FCC and now our attorney because they demand another $168 for 2 weeks. This company is a complete joke!! Stay far far away, you'll be sorry.
  Their correspondence notes when you call also "go missing" how conveinent.
  It was MTCO's huge mistake calling my wife a liar after many phone calls practically begging for help. Our lawyer is loving this!
